Mitchell Lee

Mitch is a Director of HR Technology at Dell Technologies, a graduate of Jackson State University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science. He also has a MBA in Management Information Systems from St. Edwards University. 

Mitch loves giving back to his community. He currently serves as a Programs Chair with the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Austin Professionals, an active member of The 100 Black Men of Austin, and now the Triple L Affect where he is passionate about supporting his wife (LaDeitra), The Founder of The Triple L Affect. He is adamant about exposing families of lower income to a better way of life, sharing his background and knowledge in Financial Savings and Investing and setting a legacy for generations to come. He also enjoys giving back to his community in any way that he can as long as he can still make time for golf. 

Mitch was born and raised in Brandon, MS. He has lived in the Austin, TX area since 1998 and has been married to LaDeitra since 2000. He is also a devoted father to four children (Mykila, Jaylen, Justin and Sanaa).

Lastly, Mitch has been recognized by his community and received the 2022 Austin Black Business Journal’s Most Influential Technologist Award.
