LaDeitra "DeDe" Lee

President/Founder

LaDeitra Lee is currently a Senior Principal Product Development Manager at Dell Technologies. She is a former CTO of a startup called Sparxs Studio, recently renamed to Mawu, and has held many leadership roles at various companies such as Charles Schwab, HP, IBM, McKesson Specialty Health and throughout various nonprofit organizations such as Ladders for Leaders, Sisters Tri-ing Health and Fitness Group and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Jackson State University where she also played volleyball. She is a wife, mother, former triathlete, cyclist, and marathoner.

In bringing her passion for software engineering and giving back to her community, she has accepted the calling to become the President of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Austin Professionals in 2022 where she plans to lead the organization for four years. She has been a member of NSBE since college and on the corporate level since 2012. She is a Diversity Champion and loves coaching and empowering others in their careers and community.

Lastly, LaDeitra has been recognized by her community and received the Women of the Rock Leadership Award on June 1, 2023. Other awards include the 2022 Black Professional Alliance Professional Choice Award and the 2022 Austin Black Business Journal’s Most Influential Technologist Award. She also led the Stock Trading Engineering team and Black Professionals at Charles Schwab Employee Resource Group and was awarded the 2020 Employee Resource Group Outstanding Leader Award and 2019 Outstanding Service Award.
